Contract Description
Area No. I defined by the drawing above the orthophoto map at p.p.no. 439/1 in c.ú. Plaintiff. This is a section of a discontinuous growth of unwanted trees over 3 m high on a defined area of 0.486 ha. There are places without trees on the area, all fruit trees and part of other mature trees will be left here according to the instructions of the AOPK CR, RP Správa CHKO České středohoří. For these reasons, the cut area is reduced to 70% of the marked area above the orthophoto map, i.e. to 0.3402 ha. The cutting of unwanted trees will be carried out according to the drawing above the orthophoto map, which is in Annex No. 2 of this Agreement. Area No. II defined by the drawing above the orthophoto map at p.p.no. 439/1 in c.ú. Plaintiff. This is a section of a discontinuous growth of undesirable woody species on a defined area above the orthophotomap with an area of 0.079 ha. There are areas without trees on the surface. For these reasons, the carved area is reduced to 60% of the marked area, i.e. to 0.0474 ha. The cutting of unwanted trees will be carried out according to the drawing above the orthophoto map, which is in Annex No. 2 of this Agreement. Undesirable trees will be cut to the extent of 30% of the area of trees above 1 m in height and 30% of the area of trees above 3 m in height. These are plots that are more difficult to access, sloping and mainly thorny and branched trees will be cut. 80% of the cut wood from area No. 1 will be cleared and used in a suitable manner in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 20% of the cut wood will be left on the site as a suitable shelter for animals. On area No. 2, the wood material will be cleared in a suitable manner in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The work will be carried out by 31 October 2020. Cuttings of trees cannot be carried out between 1 April and 31 September due to the protection of nesting birds. The above-mentioned measures are implemented to support the rock osprey (Chazara briseis), whose repatriation is planned in PP Radobýl for spring 2020.
