Contract Description
The statutory city of Brno implements a public-private partnership (PPP) project called "Home for the elderly Brno, Nopova", the subject of which is the comprehensive reconstruction and new construction of the home for the elderly on Nopova street in the Brno-Židenice district. The goal is to select an independent expert (Expert) who will act as an impartial authority in resolving any disputes or ambiguities between the city and the concessionaire within the project. The purpose of the contract is to conclude a tripartite framework agreement between the client, the concessionaire and the selected supplier, which will regulate the conditions of the Expert's activity in the legal and economic field, for the period of construction and operation of the new home for the elderly.
