The subject of the order is to provide preventive health care for employees of Poczta Polska S.A. for the city of Jarosław, serviced in terms of human resources by the Regional HR and Payroll Departments in Krakow and Warsaw, HR and Payroll Service Department in Rzeszów - in accordance with the provisions specified in:  the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code,  the Act of June 27, 1997 on the Occupational Health Service,  the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport  Act of January 5, 2011 on vehicle drivers  Act of August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons  Act of December 5, 2008 on preventing and combating infections and infectious diseases in humans  Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996 on conducting medical examinations in the field of preventive health care for employees and medical certificates issued for the purposes provided for in the Labor Code  Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of December 15, 2017 on occupational health and safety when using motorized forklifts  Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 5, 2022 on medical examinations of persons applying for driving licenses vehicles and drivers  Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 8, 2014 on psychological examinations of persons applying for driving licenses, drivers and persons performing work as drivers, in particular by conducting: a) preventive examinations; b) medical examinations of persons applying for driving licenses and drivers; c) medical examinations for the purpose of issuing a permit or extending the validity period of a permit to drive an emergency vehicle or a vehicle carrying monetary value; d) psychological examinations for the operation of motorized forklifts used in internal transport of workplaces; e) research for sanitary and epidemiological purposes); f) medical examinations aimed at issuing a certificate confirming contraindications or lack of contraindications to employing a disabled person at night and overtime; g) medical examinations aimed at issuing a certificate on contraindications or lack of contraindications to extending working time standards to a disabled person; h) issuing medical certificates; (i) monitoring the health of employees; j) initiating activities to protect and promote employee health and providing assistance in their implementation; k) maintaining and storing medical records in the field of preventive health care in accordance with applicable provisions on medical records; l) participation of an occupational medicine doctor in meetings of the occupational health and safety committee, held once a quarter; m) review of workplaces subordinated to the Ordering Party in order to assess working conditions and supplement information on threats occurring at workplaces.
