Contract Description
The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of BEMU-type vehicles, intended for the segment of regional passenger rail transport. Taking into account the current conditions of the Tender, the contracting authority anticipates the supply of a total of at least 13 regular vehicles intended for the fulfillment of public service obligations according to the conditions of the Tender, each with a seating capacity of at least 140, with the possibility of transporting at least 2 wheelchairs and at least 2 baby carriages at the same time.
