Tenders are invited for Acquisition of tools for competition management and contract administration (kgv/kav)
The contract shall cover the customer's needs for a comprehensive service in the field of competition execution (kgv) and contract administration (kav), with good functionality and related services, supporting the entire procurement process from market research, announcement, bidding, contract signing and support for contract follow-up and management until the conclusion of a contract, and ensuring compliance with law and regulation on public procurement (loa/foa), see points 4.2 and 4.6.the acquisition also includes training of the client's users. the requirements for training are described in annex 1 point 5.7, and annex 3 plan for the establishment phase point 5. the client has set out requirements for the service in annex 1, appendix 1 of the customer's requirements table.
