Contract Description
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and several participants for the supply of enamelled plaques for the marking of specially protected areas, areas of the NATURA 2000 system and memorial trees in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 45/2018 Coll., on care plans, care principles and documents for the declaration, registration and marking of protected areas. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of signature of the framework agreement with at least two participants who offer the lowest price including VAT. Specific implementation contracts for partial performance will be concluded on the basis of the result of the competition between the participants of the framework agreement, analogously according to § 135 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. on awarding public contracts, as amended.
