The service to be provided consists of management consulting in the AI and the RPA environment that may be associated with the solution with regard to technological trends in their possible significance for use in the financial administration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and in particular in consulting on the implementation of projects as well as the implementation, testing and documentation of prototypes to be created in collaboration with developers, production and the other specialist departments of the respective client in the department. In addition, in consultation with the client, it is necessary to provide support with the introduction into production operations. The implementation is planned in an agile approach, with constant consultation and evaluation of the partial results with the clients specialist staff. The solutions to be developed must be on-premise solutions that do not contain any public cloud services or software-as-a-service components from third-party providers. However, setting up and operating the solutions in or through the use of a “private cloud” is possible in coordination with the client. In summary, the order includes the idea development, conception, prototype development, implementation and evaluation of innovative AI-based solutions. The services are intended to support the client in identifying, developing and transferring novel AI methods into production-related environments.
