Contract Description
The subject of procurement has been the winter and summer maintenance works of the street areas, markets, parks, playgrounds, beaches, harbor and property yard areas in the contract area of the city center of Mikkeli, as well as the street areas and street green areas under the property's management responsibility. The parts of the city included in the regional contract are: Kaukola, Kalevankangas (partly), Kirjala, Maunuksela, Nuijamies and Savilahti. The duration of the regional contract is 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031, with possible option years 1 October 2031 to 30 September 2032 and 1 October 2032 to 30 September 2033.
