Contract Description
The procurement has been the winter and summer maintenance work of the street areas, markets, parks, playgrounds, beaches, carpet washing places, harbors, property yard areas and street areas and street green areas of the property's management responsibility in the eastern contract area of the city of Mikkeli. Some of the beaches are located in a sparsely populated area. The City districts included in the contract are: Annila, Anttola, Haukivuori, Kattilansilta, Kenkäveronniemi, Laajalampi, Launiala, Lähämäki, Oravinmäki, Peitsari, Pursiala, Rokkala section, Tupala, Tuppurala, Tuukkala, Urpola and Visulahti. The duration of the regional contract is 1 October 2026
