Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the fortification of the left bank of the stream in the part of the village of Neštěmice in Ústí nad Labem. The stream is fortified on the left side by a stone wall, and in close proximity to it is No. 124. The construction causes temporary and permanent encroachments on parcels No. 1299/1, No. 1298, No. 1300/2, No. 1300/1 in c.ú. Damage is a lien. There will be induced investments, relocation of the heat pump, restoration of the corner of the brick wall and establishment in the form of a foundation passport of the block at No. 124.
