Contract Description
The acquisition includes Pohti's psychiatry evacuation facilities, which will be placed in the courtyard of the current psychiatry buildings in Oulu's Peltola. According to the space program, the scope is approx. 950 hum2 for the mood disorder unit and the child psychiatry department. The procurement is carried out as a total responsibility contract (KVR). The spaces are implemented as modular structures, so they can be moved away when the need for emergency space ends. The procurement is a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold according to Section 26 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
