Contract Description
Customs requests your offer for the procurement of a sulfur analyzer (hereafter equipment) and related maintenance service for the Customs Laboratory. A general description of the equipment to be acquired and more detailed requirements regarding the equipment are presented in the tender documents. The procurement is governed by the Act on Public Procurement and License Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016) The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with section 32 of the Procurement Act, and the basis of comparison is overall economic affordability, with the weighting of price being 25 and the weighting of quality being 75.
