Contract Description
A framework agreement is concluded with one economic entity for a period of 2 years on the public procurement of goods - CAST IRON FITTINGS AND ARMATURES. The tenderer must offer the entire procurement scope that is requested in the tender. Offers that cover only a part of the requested procurement scope will not be considered. The bidder is obliged to offer the goods in accordance with all technical and other conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation. The cost estimate defines the approximate quantities of procurement items for a two-year period, since it is an overhead cost for which the exact quantity cannot be determined in advance.
