Contract Description
Procurement of pipe fittings for plant needs. The technical description of the procurement item is an integral part of the cost estimate, that is, the cost estimate contains a technical description of the goods and is delivered to competitors/bidders as an integral part of the DON. The customer can negotiate about the technical description of the goods until the conclusion of the negotiations and can change the items of the bill of costs until the opening of the final bids. The Client is obliged to notify all bidders at the same time in writing about all changes to the technical description or items of the cost estimate.
