UMBAL Sveta Marina EAD is a public contracting authority within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 2, item 16 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA); Sveta Marina Trading EOOD is a legal entity - a subsidiary of the AUTHOR, and the following conditions are simultaneously fulfilled for it: a) the AUTHOR exercises control over the legal entity, similar to that which it exercises over its own structural units; b) More than 80 percent of the activity of the legal entity is formed by the performance of activities assigned by the CONTRACTOR or its separate structures or by other legal entities controlled by the CONTRACTOR; c) The contractor has no direct private capital participation in the legal entity. Sveta Marina Trading EOOD duly declares that it can fulfill the order with its own resources and will not subcontract the subject of the contract to third parties for fulfillment in whole and/or in part. The contract is concluded on the basis of Art. 14, para. 1, item 5 of the Civil Code. The subject of the contract is a service: Washing operative and/or contaminated with biological agents underwear and bed linen in its laundry facility.
