1. Existing building. The existing building was built in 1967. and the original and intended purpose is For a hospital - a maternity ward. In 2007, it was rebuilt into a Home for the elderly and isoriented west-east, with the main entrance from the north and a second entrance from the east. The building has two above-ground and one semi-underground (basement) level. In the basement there are storage rooms,boiler room, laundry and technical rooms. On the first floor there are single and double rooms, a living room, a staircase and service rooms. On the second floor there are single and double rooms, a staircaseand service premises. The rooms on the second floor have a balcony facing south, as well as the corridor between them facing east. The construction of the building is massive with bearing stone and brick walls, andmonolithic inter-floor floor structures - slabs with beams and girders. The foundations and basement walls are of stone masonry. The roof of the building is four-pitched with a roof covering of ceramic bodies.The structure is wooden standing on the reinforced concrete slab above the second floor. 2. Newly designed building (extension). The extension to the existing building is a building with publicthe service function as reflected in the situational plan in the graphic part of the project. The newly designed building (extension) is oriented on the property in the north-south direction and is attached to the existing one.which is also two-story, but without a basement. The connection between them takes place through the so-called warm connection on both floors. A wooden roof structure covered with ceramic bodies is built above them.The extension will be built from reinforced concrete slabs, beams and columns. The project site fulfills the requirements of Ordinance No. 7 of December 22, 2003 on rules and regulations for the arrangement of individualtypes of territories and development zones.
