Contract for maintenance and small repair works on non-navigable waterways of the first category District of Marche-en-Famenne Sector of Neufchâteau

The object of the contract is the carrying out of work and the supplies necessary for the cleaning, maintenance and repair of the banks and beds of watercourses of the first category of the Neufchâteau Sector following the indications of the Works Directorate, the descriptive quantity survey and the special specifications, with possible renewal. Description of the work to be carried out: All work described in the descriptive and summary measurements, in the plans and in the technical clauses of the special specifications, namely: 1.a. felling and coppicing of trees; 1.b. grubbing and replanting; 1.c. clearing and pruning; 2.a. earthworks for location, existing installations; 2.b. excavated lands from recovery 2.c. general excavation 3.a. earth embankments for turfing and planting; 3.b. general embankments; 3.c. excavated earthworks for removal of landscaping and sills; 4.a. the installation of riprap; 5.a. the construction of concrete footings; 5.b. repair of wall coverings; 5.c. repair of stone masonry and repointing; 5.d. sandblasting and water jet cleaning of masonry walls; 5.e. replacement of expansion joints in wall coverings; 5.f. the construction of cofferdams; 5.g. maintenance and repair of small hydraulic structures; 6.a. the repair of grass by seed; 6.b. the creation of stony areas; All other work not specifically detailed in the quantity survey, but which, by its nature, depends on or is linked to that mentioned in the bill of quantities, including maintenance during the warranty period of all work and supplies carried out, safety measures to be taken and incidental expenses of all kinds.
