POBLACION, CITY OF ALAMINOS ₱33,164,171.46 ₱25,000.00 363 Calendar Days upon receipt of NTP2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above procurement project. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Section 61 and 63 of the IRR of RA 12009. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixty-Three (363) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4.
