Case reference number: FZ.38.209.2026.TK Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o. hereby invites you to submit a price offer in the inquiry procedure pursuant to § 5 point II "Regulations for awarding contracts for supplies, services and construction works at Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o." as above The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 2 section 1 point 2) in connection with Art. 3 section 1 point 2) the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "PZP"), is not obliged to apply the above-mentioned PZP Act in these proceedings, because the value of the contract does not exceed the equivalent of €432,000.00, and the order itself is classified as a sectoral contract within the meaning of Art. 7 points 35) PZP, i.e. the subject of the order is necessary to perform the statutory, sectoral activities of the Company, and the framework of this activity is defined, among others, in the Act of June 7, 2001 on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 757). Due to the above, the Ordering Party will be guided by the above-mentioned "Regulations". 1. Ordering Party's requirements: The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, but each annex must be completed in full. The given delivery price must include all the Contractor's costs related to the execution of the order, including delivery costs and costs resulting from applicable regulations. Delivery deadline in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The contractor is bound by his offer for a period of 30 days from the date of submission of offers. The payment deadline to the Contractor is 30 days from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party of a correctly issued VAT invoice. The Contractor guarantees that when delivering supplies, the offered assortment or materials used meet all parameters specified by the Ordering Party and the requirements resulting from legal regulations.
