Contract Description
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicines and medical devices in the assortments and quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. The Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the order. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries during the term of the contract in the "basic scope" will be 75% of the maximum value of the contract in the "basic scope"
