Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment – provision of technical inspection services of medical equipment and devices for a period of 24 months - Z/25/PN/26

1. The subject of the order are services of technical inspections of medical equipment and medical equipment included in the Ordering Party's equipment in accordance with the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted under an open tender procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law the Ordering Party using the above-mentioned procedure
