This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the Public Order Code. Lots 001 to 014 only concern the needs for the Civil Hospitals of Colmar (HCC), by waste type, they will be the subject of single-award contracts with a purchase order.
