Introduction UNDP Cabo Verde is seeking a National Consultant/Local expert to support the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the GEF-funded project “Strengthening Biodiversity Governance Systems for the Sustainable Management of Living Natural Resources in Cabo Verde”. The assignment will contribute to assessing project progress, identifying lessons learned and challenges, and providing recommendations to strengthen implementation and achievement of project results.
