Competition Notice Request for Proposals Goods (One Envelope Competition Process) Country: São Tomé and Príncipe Project Name: Youth Employment Opportunity Project Contract title: Acquisition of two vehicles and motorbikes for DTEFP and UIP Grant No.: E-7350 SDP reference number: 07/G//POEJ/2026 Date :22-10-2026 The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe received financing from the World Bank to fund the Youth Employment Opportunity Project and intends to apply part of the funds for payments under the contract to Acquisition of vehicles and motorbikes for DTEFP and UIP . “For this contract, the Borrower will process payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method as defined in the World Bank Investment Project Financing Disbursement Guidelines. O Project Management Trust Agency invites eligible Bidders to submit sealed Bids for acquisition of two vehicles and motorbikes for DTEFP and UIP, for delivery within 90 days from the date of signing the contract. The process will be conducted through open competition using a Request for Proposals (SDP) as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2025 (“Acquisitions Regulations”), being open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Acquisitions Regulations.
