The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement are according to the Specifications; Eggs and Dairy Products - Lot 2: minimum quantity 2 pcs - maximum quantity 115,050.00 pcs; The minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contract are as specified in the Specifications; Eggs and dairy products - Lot 2: minimum quantity 2 pcs - maximum quantity 39,060.00 pcs. Estimated minimum and maximum values: Eggs and Dairy Products - Lot 2 - Estimated minimum value framework agreement 63,528.54 lei without VAT - estimated maximum value 1,143,513.78 lei without VAT. Eggs and Dairy Products - Lot 2 - Minimum estimated subsequent value: 62,955.55 lei without VAT Maximum estimated subsequent value 386,782.32 lei. In the event of termination of the subsequent contract, following the violation of the contractual clauses, the contracting authority will proceed to assign the subsequent contract in cascade in the order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be concluded for a period of 6 months with the bidders ranked in the first places or, as the case may be, the second, third and fourth places. The minimum and maximum quantities established by the contracting authority are those specified in the Specifications and represent estimates of quantities that could be purchased during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased. To the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed to the contracting authority within the period of point I.1, the deadline in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 18. The contracting authoritys response will be sent no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
