Contract Description
The framework agreement is concluded in order to supply the hospital's pharmacy with medicines necessary for the treatment of patients. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline established in the participation notice, i.e. 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators until this deadline. The contracting authority will answer clearly and completely to everyone
