PRODUCT RESOLUTION No 4/2026 to the Framework Agreement for the Assurance of Support and Subscription to CISCO Products, PPR-47851-1/JHA-2026-990573. The Supplier undertakes, by this Implementing Agreement, in accordance with the Framework agreement, to supply the Customer with the fulfilment specified in Annex 1 to this Implements Agreement. The Supplyer shall issue the invoice to the Customer no later than 10 days after the delivery and acceptance of the fulfilments, i.e. the date of the signature of the relevant acceptance protocol by both Parties. The acceptance Protocol shall constitute an Annex to the invoicing.
