Description & Project Overview
This is a joint contract (IDELUX Public Projects - Municipality of Chiny) relating to the designation of a project author for a major energy renovation of the building of the Municipal Administration of Chiny (Château du Faing) as part of the “FEDER 2021-2027 – Measure 8” program. The building and its surroundings, located at Rue du Faing, 10 in 6810 Chiny, include certain parts classified according to the decree of February 18, 1997 as heritage protected by the Walloon administration. The tenderer has the obligation to visit the places concerned in order to understand all the specific conditions of execution of this contract. The visit dates are set: • Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. • Wednesday October 28, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. • Wednesday November 4, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. • Friday November 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. These dates may change depending on needs.
