Contract Description
Service contract relating to individual and collective technical-social support as part of the Energy Renovation Plan for social housing. The objective is to support households in energy management of their homes and optimization of their energy consumption and improvements in terms of insulation and ventilation equipment installed as part of the Social Housing Renovation Plan. The service provider must specifically target the appropriation and use of new equipment installed as part of energy renovations, namely mainly solar panels, AIR-WATER type heat pumps and controlled mechanical ventilation systems (VMC). Individual support takes place in the households' homes and takes place over time (before, during, after installation). Collective support is structured around different thematic workshops oriented towards practice and is based on participatory and collaborative group dynamics. In this context, collective and individual educational materials adapted to different audiences must be developed in order to raise household awareness of the issues of energy management, to promote good understanding and use of installed equipment, to encourage the adoption of daily eco-friendly actions and to strengthen the autonomy of occupants in the management of their energy consumption.
