Contract Description
This mini-tender has been drawn up to invite participants to submit a quote for the following assignment: temporarily hiring a senior strategic buyer (> 5 years of relevant work experience). The relevant purchaser must have demonstrable experience with purchasing procedures within public law institutions (government procurement), preferably in special sectors and in works, deliveries and services. This is an agreement of six (6) months, which is extendable to a maximum duration of 48 months.
