Reference number: SN-PROMOGED-574436-CS-QCBS NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST 1. The Government of the Republic of Senegal requested and obtained a credit from the International Development Association (IDA), the French Development Agency (AFD), the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and the European Investment Bank, with a view to financing the cost of the Project to Promote Integrated Management and the Economy of Solid Waste in Senegal (PROMOGED). 2. The Project to Promote Integrated Management and the Economy of Solid Waste in Senegal (PROMOGED) will strengthen the governance of the sector and improve the integrated and sustainable management system for household and similar solid waste. This investment program of 355.7 MUSD (or 322.5 MEUR) is planned for a period of 6 years starting in June 2020. 3. PROMOGED wishes to use part of the amount of Project resources to “ Selection and employment of a consultant firm or group in charge of the development of Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIAs), Action and Resettlement Plans (PAR) and Livelihood Restoration Plans (PRMS) for the Thiès landfill rehabilitation project and the construction projects for the CIVDs of Notto Diobass, Sandiara and the Malicounda CTT ". 4.
