Notice of call for applications The Project to Promote Integrated Management and the Economy of Solid Waste in Senegal (PROMOGED) Recruits the following staff: ONE EXPERT PER JUNIOR FOR THE CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PAR AND PRMS OF THE MBEUBEUSS LANDFILL Posts Main responsibilities Profile • A junior PAR Expert for the continued implementation of the PAR and PRMS of the grinder discharge Under the supervision of the PAR/PRMS Expert, the junior PAR expert is responsible for providing technical and operational support for the implementation of the Mbeubeuss PAR, particularly in monitoring PAP files, updating data, preparing conciliation and compensation files as well as reporting. The junior PAR expert will have specific missions: ensure administrative and technical monitoring of PAP files; contribute to updating the PAR database; monitor the progress of compensation; prepare and document files requiring conciliation; support the activities of the CDREI; Ensure the collection and consolidation of information reported from the field; contribute to the processing and monitoring of complaints under the PAR; ensure the regular production of dashboards and reports; provide support to PAPs in obtaining administrative documents; contribute to the capitalization of data and lessons from the implementation of the PAR. As part of his mission, the junior PAR expert will be responsible for the following activities: Monitoring of PAP files; receive and examine the files transmitted by the PAPs and the field teams; check the completeness of the files; identify parts that are missing or require updating ensure the classification and archiving of files; maintain a table tracking the progress of files; identify files that are blocked or require intervention; prepare the summaries necessary for taking
