Recruitment of a N°1 Social Facilitator to Support the Implementation of the Par and Prms of the Mbeubeuss Landfill

Notice of call for applications The Project to Promote Integrated Management and the Economy of Solid Waste in Senegal (PROMOGED) Recruits the following staff: SOCIAL FACILITATOR N°1 FOR SUPPORT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PAR AND PRMS OF THE MBEUBEUSS LANDFILL Posts Main responsibilities Profile • F #1 social acilitator to support the implementation of the PAR and PRMS of the Mbeubeuss landfill Under the supervision of the PAR/PRMS Expert, the social facilitator is responsible for ensuring, at the community and local level, support for PAPs and PRMS beneficiaries as part of the continued implementation of the PAR and PRMS of the Mbeubeuss landfill resorption project. The social facilitator will have specific missions: ensure a regular presence with PAPs and PRMS beneficiaries; facilitate communication between PROMOGED and the PAPs; inform and raise awareness among PAPs about the different stages of the resettlement process; support PAPs in the creation and monitoring of their files; facilitate their participation in conciliation sessions and other meetings organized within the framework of the PAR; support beneficiaries in the implementation of PRMS measures; identify the difficulties encountered by the PAPs and ensure their recovery; contribute to the prevention and management of conflicts; facilitate beneficiaries’ access to training and support systems; ensure close monitoring of beneficiaries engaged in reconversion or restoration of their means of subsistence activities; contribute to the functioning of the Complaints Management Mechanism (GMP); ensure the collection and updating of information relating to the PAPs and beneficiaries monitored. Social Facilitator No. 1 for supporting the implementation of the PAR and PRMS of the Mbeubeuss landfill must: hold at least a Bac+3 level diploma in one of the domains
