IDA credit no. 71210 Title: Recruitment of an individual consultant “PAAEP Communication Specialist”. The Government of the Republic of Madagascar, through the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA), as part of the implementation of the Project to Improve Access to Drinking Water (PAAEP), and intends to use part of the amount of this credit to make payments under the following contract: “Individual Consultant Specialist in PAAEP Communication” . The communications specialist will work under the supervision of the MEAH PMU Coordinator, and in close collaboration with the entire team of the two PAAEP PMUs. He/She will be responsible for supervising the services of the communications agency, when it is in place. The project's PMU MEAH invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing their services for the mission described above. Interested candidates must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience for the performance of the services.
