The subject of the public contract is the establishment and use of a dynamic purchasing system within the meaning of Section 138 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as DPS) for an indefinite period. The subject of the specific public contracts awarded within the DPS will be supplies of tablets and their accessories, specifically styluses, tablet cases with keyboards, and tablet cases without keyboards. The detailed specification of the goods that will be the subject of the performance of the specific public contracts awarded within the DPS is set out in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation – Goods Catalogue. The specification of the goods that will be requested during the duration of the DPS will be continuously updated with regard to market developments and the contracting authoritys needs.
