The object of this public competition, by means of a public competition, is the establishment of a private use concession, with onerous nature, in favor of the entity/entities that are awarded the competition in respect of two plots of land owned by Barcelona City Council, with the aim of allocating them to the promotion, construction and management of housing buildings with official protection under the general rental regime.
