Description & Project Overview
The contract to be signed is a concession contract for the private use of water resources in the public domain, which aims to capture water for the production of hydroelectric energy and the exploration, maintenance and conservation of the hydraulic infrastructures of the Cabril Hydroelectric Power Plant, under paragraph d) of article 61 of the Water Law and article 24 of the RURH. The concessionaire is obliged, in particular, to maintain the minimum installed power set out in the Tender Specifications, to comply with the operating standards and operating constraints set out in the Tender Specifications.
