The commission is to provide ongoing basic tax and corporate law consulting services for publicly owned companies whose corporate purpose includes, among other things, the fulfillment of public service tasks. Ongoing tax advice includes, among other things: • Ongoing advice on tax issues (in particular sales tax, corporate tax, wage tax) • Examination of tax issues in connection with operational business activities and strategic measures • Information and assessment of the effects of new legal regulations • Technical support during external tax audits and GPLB (joint audit of payroll taxes and contributions) • Examination of tax returns and their submission For further details see AU
