The subject of the order, co-financed from European Funds under the project "Development of projects of the third update of water management plans in river basin areas (III aPGW) together with planning documentation constituting the basis for their preparation" No. FENX.02.04.-IW.01-0047/24, is the development of methodologies and assessment of the impact of transverse structures on the biological continuity and environmental objectives of the Water Water Management Unit for facilities included in the list of activities for structures at sets of actions for river water bodies in IIaPGW, as well as analyzing the possibilities of implementing actions ensuring biological continuity and achieving environmental goals, and developing guidelines related to the implementation of the above-mentioned. activities. The orders in question will consist of the following stages: STAGE I - Development of an assessment of the impact of transverse structures on the biological continuity and environmental objectives of JCWP related to its assurance and analysis of the possibility of implementing activities ensuring biological continuity and achieving environmental objectives. STAGE I will consist in: 1) developing a methodology for assessing the impact of transverse structures on biological continuity and the environmental objectives of the JCWP related to ensuring it, as well as a methodology for analyzing the possibility of implementing activities ensuring biological continuity and achieving these environmental objectives; 2) verification of the list of transverse structures covered by the order, taking into account changes reported by RZGW and the Ordering Party; 3) assessing the impact of transverse structures on the biological continuity and environmental objectives of the Water Body related to its assurance; 4) analyzing the possibility of implementing actions to ensure biological continuity and achieving environmental objectives related to its assurance; 5) supplementing the object class: transverse structures (BUD_P_23) and hydroelectric power plants (EL_WOD_23), as well as - if necessary - other object classes from the HYMO2 database with new or updated information obtained as part of the implementation of Stage I, while maintaining the existing attribute structure of the geodatabase. STAGE II – Development of guidelines related to the implementation of activities in accordance with the analysis.
