ProRail needs insight into the condition of the contact wire, with specific attention to the thin spots. The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one party for reliable measurements of the contact wire thickness (thin spots) at low speed, to meet this need. The Agreement has a fixed term of 5 years with three 1-year extension options. This brings the maximum term to 8 years.
