Le project concerne le désamiantage complet en site non-occupé de l'immeuble de lodgings sociaux situé au n°82 de la rue de l'Elan, à Watermael-Boitsfort. Il compte 37 lodgings sociaux (after renovation 36 lodgings + one conciergerie). Certain aspects of the separation process are part of the basic social accommodation arrangements, situated at Rue de l'Elan 80, and the composition of the presentation project. The environment of renovation is evident from the occupants and does not leave their entièrement pour les travaux. The project concerns the complete asbestos removal in an empty social housing building at Elanstraat 82 in Watermael-Boitsfort. The building affected by the work (circled in red in the aerial photo below) is part of a complex of four common style buildings, grouped in pairs, built in the 1970s. It has 37 social homes (after renovation 36 homes + a caretaker's house). Certain one-off asbestos removal work in the basement of the adjacent social housing complex, located at Elanstraat 80, is also part of this project. The building to be renovated has been cleared and is therefore completely empty for the work.
