The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of consultancy in the field of energy services with a guaranteed result (EPC) for the clients of the contracting authority. The subject of the public contract will be co-financed from the InvestEU Advisory Hub program of the European Union, from the financial instrument of the European Investment Bank ELENA (European Local ENergy Assistance). The outputs of the performance of the public contract can be used for projects co-financed from the funds of the Technology and Application Operational Program for Competitiveness, the Environmental Operational Program, the National Recovery Plan, or other funding sources, namely
