IDA Credit No./Portion A: 6990-NE IDA Credit No./Portion B: 6991-NE Reference number: NE-PISEN-545802-CS-CQS The Government of the Republic of Niger has obtained funding from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the cost of the Integrated Platform for Water Security in Niger (PISEN) Project. It is expected that part of the amount of this financing will be used to make payments under the contract relating to the implementation of the Environmental and Social Impact Study (EIA) and Resettlement Action Plans (PAR) of the construction/rehabilitation works of Water Mobilization Works (OME) in the regions of Agadez and Tahoua of three (3) sub-watersheds covered by PISEN. The consulting services (“the Services”) consist of ensuring: For the ESIA PHASE Carry out the necessary investigations in the field with a view to collecting all the relevant data necessary for carrying out this study; Carry out useful consultations with local populations in the three (3) sub-basins concerned by the project, as well as with the stakeholders concerned; Produce the required reports; Organize a session to report the results of the study with the stakeholders concerned with a view to taking into account their opinions and proposals and their
