The subject of the order is the service of remote provision of a system for automatic sending of SMS messages and a service supporting the management of sending SMS messages from the e-Tax Office, Booking a visit to the Tax Office systems and other central systems. 2. The Ordering Party requires that, as part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor must, among other things: provide the Ordering Party with a service enabling mass sending - up to a maximum of 18,500,000 SMSes (in words: eighteen million five hundred thousand), sending messages being SMS text messages from the Ordering Partys IT systems to recipients within all mobile networks in Poland, in accordance with the following definition: a) Standard SMS - SMS text message with its own field sender sent to mobile network operators within max. 30 seconds. b) Priority (authorization) SMS - an SMS message with its own sender field, sent to mobile network operators within a maximum of 5 seconds. The number of priority SMSes will constitute a maximum of 75% of all SMSes sent. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the draft provisions of the contract.
