Graphic design and layout of OPH Learning materials' low-circulation basic education or secondary education materials in Finnish and Swedish

The object of the acquisition is OPH Learning Materials' graphic design and skills service for Finnish and Swedish-language basic education or secondary learning materials. This purchase only applies to the graphic design and layout of the learning materials of the Learning Materials and Publications unit of the Finnish National Board of Education. The Board of Education's general contract for graphic design and layout is tendered separately. Opetushallitus (hereinafter OPH) is a national expert, developer and service provider in education, language and internationalization. OPH Learning materials is OPH's learning materials publishing house, which complements the selection of commercial publishing houses and publishes learning materials for small target groups. Learning materials are made for different school levels (primary education, second level) and for a wide variety of learners (e.g. learning support, rare languages, viewing subjects and different professional fields) in both Finnish and Swedish. OPH Learning materials is located in the Learning materials and publications unit of the agency.
