Low-threshold feedback tool to be installed on websites (Saas service) The object of the procurement is a low-threshold feedback tool that can be integrated into websites as a SaaS service (hereafter the Service), which allows users of online services to easily give feedback on the content and usability of the websites. The procurement covers the right to use the Service and related expert, implementation and support services. With the help of the service, Opetushallitus (hereafter Procurement Unit) can enhance the development and quality management of its online services by utilizing user feedback more systematically than at present. The solution supports the Procurement Unit's goals to develop its extensive online service packages and to offer its customers even higher quality and more user-oriented digital services. The service is acquired for the use of online services such as oph.fi, studyinfinland.fi, osaamispolku.fi and opintopolku.fi. The service to be procured is described in more detail in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement" and in appendix 3 "Requirement specification" the minimum requirements for the service are described in more detail.
