Republic of the philippines province of batangas municipality of tanauan barangay poblacion vii invitation to bid no. 10-05-2026 clothing allowance of barangay poblacion 7, tanauan city, batangas 1. the barangay local government units of barangay poblacion 7, tanauan city through the approved budget cy 2023 intends to apply the sum of seventy thousand pesos only (php 70,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the clothing allowance of barangay poblacion 7. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the barangay local government units of barangay poblacion 7, tanauan city now invites bids for the clothing allowance of barangay poblacion 7. completion of the works is required within fifteen (15) days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra9184), otherwise known as the “government procurement reform act”. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from barangay local government of barangay poblacion 7, tanauan city, batangas and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 08, 2026 – octrober 18, 2026 from the address below. 6. it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity. 7. eligible suppliers shall submit their duly accomplished pre-qualification and approved eligibility statements including price proposals to the chairman of bids and awards committee (bac) at barangay poblacion 7 not later than october 18, 2026. 8. all particulars related to the eligibility, bidders bond, performance bond, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation, awards of contracts shall be governed by the provisions of ra 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations, bid securities shall be in any of acceptance forms. 9. the barangay local government of barangay poblacion 7, tanauan city, batangas reserves the right to reject any and all bids declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 41 of ra 9184 and its irr, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. bac chairman
