The city of Huittisten announces that it will set up a dynamic food procurement system for products from local, organic and small producers for its customers involved in procurement (hereinafter also "customers") in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices.
The dynamic procurement system offers operators and customers a common channel through which cooperation between different operators can be increased and consolidated.
During the dynamic procurement system, the customer chooses the supplier or suppliers that are most economically suitable on a case-by-case basis, as described in the application for participation.
The orders contain foodstuffs according to the orderer's needs and in the agreed schedules, in compliance with the requirements set by the orderer.
