Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two (2) rack servers. 2. The offered server must be a new product (year of production not earlier than the year of submission of the offer), covered by the manufacturer's warranty and have the SPECrate2017_fp_base test result published on the website https://www.spec.org/ for a two-processor (2P) configuration. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to this ToR and in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to this ToR. 4. The ordering party requires the award of an order for the completed item
