Contract Description
Implementation of measures to directly support the critically endangered ground squirrel by adjusting habitat conditions on 9 areas with a total area of 2.5672 ha in the European-important locality of Raná-Hrádek, p.p. no. 1158/1, 1167, 1172, 248, 1140/7, 256/2, 256/1, 1140/8 in the district of Raná at Loun. These are areas with a slope of 15-30%. Manual mowing will be carried out using a brushcutter, manual removal of all mowed matter from the treated areas and its use in accordance with applicable legal regulations. As part of mowing, any rejuvenation of trees up to a height of 0.8 m will be removed. The measure will be carried out according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is attached to this contract.
